People Are Becoming More Aggressively Wicked In Their Sin

Matthew 24:12 (NIV) "Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold,"

Matthew 24:12 printed above reflects that there is an "increase of wickedness".  It has been erroneously said, "People were always as wicked as they are now, but we now have better communication, and so we hear more about the wickedness of man."  The Holy Word of God proves that statement to be incorrect.  Matthew 24:12 clearly reveals that there is an "increase of wickedness".

In God's perfect cause and effect universe, there is a cause that is effecting the increase of wickedness.  2 Thessalonians 2:7 printed below, implicitly reveals that people in society as a collective mass, have wanted to be more lawless than they were allowed to be, but Someone was holding back lawlessness.

2 Thessalonians 2:1-12 (NIV)  Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to him, we ask you, brothers, 2 not to become easily unsettled or alarmed by some prophecy, report or letter supposed to have come from us, saying that the day of the Lord has already come. 3 Don't let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. 4 He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God's temple, proclaiming himself to be God. 5 Don't you remember that when I was with you I used to tell you these things? 6 And now you know what is holding him back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time. 7 For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way. 8 And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming. 9 The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders, 10 and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing.  They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. 11 For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie 12 and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.

The Holy Scripture phrase, "taken out of the way" (2 Thessalonians 2:7) printed above, implies that Something is in the way.  Who is in the way of what?  The Holy Scripture states that Someone is in the way of, "the secret power of lawlessness."  Who is "the One" that has the desire and the power to hold back lawlessness?  Only the Holy Spirit of God has the desire and the power to hold back lawlessness.  In this case, the Holy Spirit of God has been in the way of, "the secret power of lawlessness."  The Holy Spirit of God has been restricting "the secret power of lawlessness."  The Holy Spirit of God has been restricting people in society as a collective mass, in their desire for greater wickedness and lawlessness. 

The Holy Spirit of God holding back wickedness, is somewhat like a school teacher imposing order on a classroom.  When the teacher is in the classroom, there are those students who become very rowdy on occasion, for which they pay a price for their rowdiness.  When the teacher is in the classroom, there are occasions when many of the students in the classroom become somewhat rowdy, for a brief moment.  When the school teacher steps out of the classroom, it is almost guaranteed that immediately many of the pupils will begin to get very rowdy and undisciplined.  That disorder will escalate until the teacher returns and restores order.  The students wanted to be rowdy when the teacher was in the classroom, but the teacher kept the rowdiness to a limit.  When the restrictions imposed by the teacher are removed, then the students are able to act fully like they wanted to act, when the teacher was present and would not allow it.  This is not a perfect analogy, because it is NOT necessary for the Holy Spirit of God to be removed from the earth, in order for the Holy Spirit of God to withdraw the Holy Spirit of God's restrictions on lawlessness.  The Holy Spirit of God is NOT leaving, or going to leave the earth.

Only God the Father is able to move the Holy Spirit of God.  At this point in time, God the Father is taking the Holy Spirit of God, "out of the way" of "the secret power of lawlessness".  At this point in time, people are beginning to be allowed to become as sinful as their evil heart's desire them to be.  That is why we have seen an exponential increase in sin in the recent days.  Those people who are the sinful spiritual children of the devil, will act like their father the devil, in wanting to "steal, and kill, and destroy." - John 10:10

Our world could not have continued to exist if the Holy Spirit of God had not restricted lawlessness. As we move toward the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit of God will continue to withdraw His restrictions, allowing evil people to achieve the godlessness that their evil hearts desire. The fact that many people desire greater evil is evidenced every single day in the newspaper, and will continue to grow worse, as the Holy Spirit of God continues to withdraw His restrictions.  This withdrawing of the Holy Spirit of God's restrictions will produce a cataclysmic increase in wickedness.  Politicians and world leaders that heretofore would not have considered some of the social changes they now direct, have become bold in their godlessness.

Job 12:24-25 (NIV) He deprives the leaders of the earth of their reason; he sends them wandering through a trackless waste. They grope in darkness with no light; he makes them stagger like drunkards.

Just as God gives a person who practices homosexuality over to a reprobate mind, so God will give a society over to a reprobate mind if that society continues to pursue wickedness.  God is withdrawing His Holy Spirit's restrictions, and allowing people the wickedness that they desire.  The present wickedness that is occurring in the world is not in God's perfect-will.  God did not create or design the wickedness that is occurring in these end times.  God has been aware of exactly how the end times would play out since before time began, but God did not predestine the wickedness of man.  God did not predestine the Interstate-Highway 95 Muslim sniper to kill people, nor did God like the Muslim sniper killing people.  Jesus Christ died so that the Muslim sniper and his victims would have an opportunity for eternal life with God.  The Muslim sniper personally ended the opportunity of his victims to establish a relationship with Jesus Christ, if they had not already.  The wickedness of the Muslim sniper, caused the Muslim sniper to kill people.  The individual wicked acts of the Muslim sniper are being enacted millions of times around the globe to lesser and greater degrees.  It is the wickedness of people that will be destroying society during the three and one-half year "great tribulation" Period (Matthew 24:21-22 [KJV], Revelation 7:14), exactly as God knew it would, exactly when God knew it would.  That is why God speaks through God's prophets to warn people.  

There is a lie going forth from the devil stating that the Holy Spirit of God will be "taken out" of this world at some time prior to, or during the Seven Year "covenant" Period.  The devil misconstrues 2 Thessalonians 2:6-7 printed above to support his lie.  As stated above, the Holy Spirit of God has been restricting "the secret power of lawlessness."  The Holy Scripture does not state that the Holy Spirit of God will be taken out of the world, but that He will be "taken out of the way" of "the secret power of lawlessness".  God the Father is continuing to take the Holy Spirit of God "out of the way" of "the secret power of lawlessness", but the Holy Spirit of God still remains on the earth, within the members of the "Born Again" Children of God, who are here.

How do YOU know that the Holy Spirit of God will still be on the earth after the Holy Spirit of God has been "taken out of the way" of "the secret power of lawlessness"?

Is it possible to come to Jesus Christ without the benefit of the Holy Spirit of God?  John 6:44a, and John 3:5-6 printed below, and many other Holy Scriptures answer this question:

John 6:44a (NIV) "No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him,"

John 3:5-6 (NIV)  Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, unless a man is born of water and the spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.  Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit."

If the Holy Spirit of God was removed from the earth, there would not be one single Jewish person, nor one single Gentile drawn to God and redeemed after the Holy Spirit of God's removal.  Redemption would be impossible if the Holy Spirit of God was removed.

Will the Holy Spirit of God leave any "Born Again" Child of God who is living a Holy life?  Hebrews 13:5, Deuteronomy 31:6, and many other Holy Scriptures answer this question:

Hebrews 13:5 (NIV) Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you."

Deuteronomy 31:6 (NIV) "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."

Will there be "Born Again" Children of God who are still living on the earth when Jesus Christ returns?  1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 and many other Holy Scriptures answer this question.  If there were no "Born Again" Children of God still living here on the earth during the "great tribulation" Period, there would be no "Born Again" Children of God for Jesus Christ to return for.

1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 (NIV) 13 Brothers, we do not want you to be ignorant about those who fall asleep, or to grieve like the rest of men, who have no hope. 14 We believe that Jesus died and rose again and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. 15 According to the Lord’s own word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left till the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. 16 For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. 18 Therefore encourage each other with these words.

If there are "Born Again" Children of God still living on earth when Jesus Christ returns, the blessed Holy Spirit of God will be right here, dwelling within, counseling, and supporting the "Born Again" Children of God.  Where there is a single "Born Again" Child of God, there YOU will find the blessed Holy Spirit of God.

Through the Holy Word of God, we have established the below listed facts:

1.  No one can be drawn to God and redeemed without the benefit of the Holy Spirit of God.

2.  The Holy Spirit of God will never leave a "Born Again" Child of God who is living a Holy life.

3.  There are "Born Again" Children of God on earth when Jesus Christ returns.

Because of the above referenced established facts, YOU can know that the Holy Spirit of God will be on the earth through the entire Seven Year "covenant" Period, which includes and concludes in the three and one-half year "great tribulation" Period.

The Holy Spirit of God will be here through the entire "great tribulation" Period, as there will be "Born Again" Children of God here through the entire "great tribulation" Period, and the Holy Spirit of God has been given to the "Born Again" Children of God forever.

The perfect order of God can be viewed as a mathematical formula, IF, YOU can formulate the equation, and identify and understand the variables.  When God directed the Holy Spirit of God to place a restriction on, "the secret power of lawlessness", referenced in 2 Thessalonians 2:7 printed above; then in perfect mathematical order, God also placed a reciprocal restriction, by veiling some of the knowledge and understanding about certain aspects of righteousness and prophecy, even from the "Born Again" Children of God.  The wicked people have never been able to understand about righteousness and prophecy (1 Corinthians 2:14), but even the "Born Again" Children of God's knowledge and understanding of certain aspects of righteousness and prophecy, have heretofore been veiled.  At the time that God gave visions to Daniel, referenced in Daniel 12:1-12 printed below; and John the Revelator, referenced in Revelation 10:1-4 printed below; God sealed up the knowledge and understanding about certain aspects of those visions, even from Daniel, and even from the "Born Again" Children of God.

Daniel 12:1-12 (NIV)  "At that time Michael, the great prince who protects your people, will arise. There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people--everyone whose name is found written in the book--will be delivered.  Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt.  Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever.  But you, Daniel, close up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge."  Then I, Daniel, looked, and there before me stood two others, one on this bank of the river and one on the opposite bank.  One of them said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, "How long will it be before these astonishing things are fulfilled?"  The man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, lifted his right hand and his left hand toward heaven, and I heard him swear by him who lives forever, saying, "It will be for a time, times and half a time.  When the power of the holy people has been finally broken, all these things will be completed."  I heard, but I did not understand. So I asked, "My lord, what will the outcome of all this be?"  He replied, "Go your way, Daniel, because the words are closed up and sealed until the time of the end.  Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand.  "From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days.  Blessed is the one who waits for and reaches the end of the 1,335 days."

Revelation 10:1-4 (NIV) Then I saw another mighty angel coming down from heaven. He was robed in a cloud, with a rainbow above his head; his face was like the sun, and his legs were like fiery pillars. He was holding a little scroll, which lay open in his hand. He planted his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land, and he gave a loud shout like the roar of a lion. When he shouted, the voices of the seven thunders spoke. And when the seven thunders spoke, I was about to write; but I heard a voice from heaven say, "Seal up what the seven thunders have said and do not write it down." The fact that God has directed the Holy Spirit of God, to begin withdrawing the Holy Spirit of God's restriction on, "the secret power of lawlessness", - (referenced in 2 Thessalonians 2:7-8 printed above), is irrefutably evidenced by the obvious exponential increase in sin that has occurred in the world within the last few months!

There have been thousands of letters over the years and comments are available upon request. The questions which are asked of this author are: What made you even remotely curious that the six-pointed star might not be "Jewish"? After all, it is called the "Star of David" and has it not become the international insignia of Jewishness and the State of Israel? The controversy and the challenge are answered in the book. The quest began at York University, Ontario, Canada, when an Orthodox Jewish friend of mine was investigating Messianic Judaism. Our intellectual conversation covered many topics which included the so-called Star of David, which he said he did not use as the symbol G-d really gave the children of Israel was the seven-branched Menorah. Being a journalist, he challenged me to explore the six-pointed star. And I accepted the challenge, with the plan that I would prove its Jewishness. After all, I wore one and felt I had to defend it, even to him. That was the summer of 1979 and the research took me four years to complete. I found a few Jews who knew it was not Jewish, and these are mentioned in the book. Others did not think about it, and most did not care whether it was orignially occult or not - they did not think it mattered. I checked Jewish sources and all their encyclopaedias attested that it was not originally Jewish and was not used as the symbol for any of the twelve tribes of Israel. Jewish sources said it wasn't originally Jewish. So, what was it? That took four years of research. From archive to archive, library to library...history book to history book. The first mention of the star was in Amos 5:26 regarding the trek from Egypt to Canaan. Then in 922 B.C., when Solomon married the daughter of Pharoah and went into magic and witchcraft and built an altar to Ashtoroth and Moloch. The book traces the six pointed star from Egypt to Solomon, to Arab Magic and Witchcraft, to Druid use(references are documented). The book traces the star through Freemasonry usage to Mayer Amschel Bauer, who, in the 17th century, changed his name to depict the red six-pointed star (or shield) which he had hung on his door in Germany, and thus began the family of "Red Shield" or Rothschild. The research carried on through this family, to their court of arms, to Cabala, to Astrology, to Hitler and his putting a yellow six-pointed star on all Jews during the holocaust, to the Zionist symbol, and finally to the flag of the State of Israel and beyond. Because this symbol is comprised of a six within a six within a six (6 points, 6 triangles, 6 sides of the hexagon in the middle) the research also included a look at the 666 prophecies in the Book of Daniel etc., regarding the "wilful King" (anti-Christ) and the "mark of the beast". The Scriptural significance of the number seven and a Biblical description of the real Messiah and the seven-branched Candlestick (Menorah) which God gave to the children of Israel as an everlasting covenant (which is also mentioned in the New Testament) is covered. All the sources are written at the bottom of each page making it easy for readers to see and check for themselves. I started out to defend this symbol, but ended up shocked and quite devasted with the evidence gleaned from the academic research. The 6-pointed star or Hexagram is a Masonic Symbol. It's non-masonic use was propagated during the 19th century by Freemasons into new congregation construction in Industrial Britain and then it's farflung empire. The Menorah, not the Hexagram is the true symbol of God's covenent with the Jewish people. There is absolutely no proof that the Hexagram was ever used by, or associated with, King David or the Temple he planned and prepared for which was erected after his death by his son, King Solomon.
